Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time during peak periods, such as Christmas. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Pre-Sale Information
Dispatch will start from November 30. All pre-sales will be sent within 1-3 business days from arrival. Order status will be updated via email when items have shipped.

COVID-19 SERVICE IMPACT - From Australia Post Website

We’re working hard to deliver your letters and parcels as safely and quickly as possible, but delivery for Christmas will take longer this year as we manage the impacts of COVID-19 and more parcels than ever before.

Sending as early as you can, and by the dates advised, means your letters and parcels will have the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas. We’ll still deliver items sent after these dates as quickly as possible, but it will be difficult to get them to their destinations by Christmas.

Send Parcel Post by Saturday 12 December 2020.

Send Express Post by Saturday 19 December 2020.

We would recommend shipping via express post if you reside in WA or remote Australian locations. 

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $75. We do not offer local delivery/pick up, or ship internationally at this time.

Shipment to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time. Please ensure you provide a physical street address when you place your order to speed up your processing time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@laurabentley.com.au with your name and order number.

Refunds, returns and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@laurabentley.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. You can view our Returns Policy here
