SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within THREE to FIVE business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time during peak periods, such as Christmas. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Send Parcel Post by Saturday 12 December 2023.
Send Express Post by Saturday 19 December 2023.
We would recommend shipping via express post if you reside in WA or remote Australian locations.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. You can view our Returns Policy here
If you have bought an item with no tracking we will not be held liable for any lost orders. If you wish to have tracking added just let us know and you will pay a higher shipping fee.
