Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time during peak periods, such as Christmas. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Dispatch will start from November 18-28. All pre-sales will be sent within 1 to 4 business days from arrival. Order status will be updated via email when items have shipped.

We ship all orders via Aramex (formerly Fastway).

We are currently experiencing a significant increase in delivery demand. This is especially true in Victoria due to lockdown restrictions. In accordance with government regulations, our couriers remain on the road to keep parcel delivery moving as smoothly as possible. Currently, there may be delays of up to 3 days across Melbourne. Delivery into regional Victoria may be delayed by up to 5 days.
We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders. We do not offer local delivery/pick up, or ship internationally at this time.

Shipment to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time. Please ensure you provide a physical street address when you place your order to speed up your processing time.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
